My left vastus medialis was twitching for roughly two hours last night. When I woke up this morning it started twitching again. I decided to run a recovery/easy run today.

20 minutes upright bike

Take Mark Nielsen's Human Anatomy course with the mandatory cadaver labs in all of your spare time!!! :) :) :) Seriously though ... good stuff. I am convinced that applying what I have learned in my Human Physiology and Human Anatomy classes, along with what I have learned from working at the PT clinic has been the difference between being sidelined with injuries this year and running consecutive marathons. :)
