11 miles by my lonesome on the JRP (10 miles, AP 7:47 then 1 cool down mile). Hope I can hold a pace like this for 26.2 at SGM. Who's to say ... could go either way. Regardless ... it's going to be a fun ride. :)

Checked out Scheel's today!! That place is HUGE and CRAZY BUSY!!
