I feel ya! I didn't feel stiff and sore after the half IM either. But, my energy was just lacking! Fatigue galore, but not sore. Add a Yasso day to that and I can see why you'd be tired!

NO pain is GREAT! It's good that your energy is not high so you will taper taper taper and be JUST RIGHT when you toe the line next Sat. Luvs! :)
