11.2 miles of hillwork. AP - 8:59

ABSOLUTELY beautiful (albeit fairly tough) run up and down City Creek. Mark (aka: Fly) was a trooper and slowed down enough so that I could run with him today. LOVED it! The scenery and company were top notch. Thank you so much, Fly! :)

We ran up up and up for 5.6 miles (4704 feet to 6051 feet -- dang) and then turned around and ran down down down. The gorgeous mini-waterfalls and caves at the top made for a very nice reward.

(10:13, 9:56, 9:48, 10:01, 10:58, 10:24, 7:41, 7:42, 7:54, 7:38, 7:18, 6:45 for .2)

I won't run with Fly anymore. The only time I did he tried to kill me.

From Teena Marie on Fri, Sep 17, 2010 at 14:40:09 from 174.52.45.85

Thanks everyone!! :)

It was a wonderful run.

Btw, I think Fly has been holding out on us! He knows ALL the good trails and cool spots. Bring us into your fold, Fly!!!!

Andy~

I was clever ... I only agreed to run with Fly once I saw how tired he would be from a KILLER week. That's the trick, get him when he is tired!!! (And yet, he still about killed me. It was worth it ... WAY FUN!)
