8.5 miles with Ry up to Staheli Farms and then south on Washington Fields road then back home. It is a cut back week and the schedule I am loosely following has the majority of runs this week at 5 and 6 miles. However, my legs really wanted to run further and so I added on a few with Ry. I have been running the vast majority of my runs much slower than I have over the past several training cycles. I have no idea what to expect come marathon time. It sure has been nice running with zero aches, pains, niggles, etc. though. And the best part, enjoying so many miles with Ry. :-) |
