Wow Teena, I just got around to reading you PCM half report! Congrats on a great race. You are getting fast. And look at you today already recovered from the half and doing Yasso's. I'm very impressed. You're going to do great things at SGM.

The yassos were harder than I thought they would be but still doable. Trying to teach my legs to run even when they are super tired. I am more worried about the XTERRA than SGM by far. Oh well ... it's all in the name of love, right?? :) :) :)
