8 miles

- 3 miles with Sophers on the JRP, AP 8:39

- 4 miles by my lonesome, AP 7:42

- 800 meters with Livvy (4:25)

- 800 meters with Sherm (4:20)

Did some great core work with Sophers, Livvy and Sherm. We each had a basketball and came up with various core exercises that we could do. Roughly 15 minutes. Lots of fun and friendly competition!

GREAT morning! :)

I second that. Ann and I were talking about how there was this huge intersection of stuff we all had in common - personal, professional, hobbies. Makes for good conversation.

Nice family workout.

It's so fun to read about all your fun and creative runs/workouts with your kids. They're going to keep you young and fit for many years.

During my run tonight i was trying to think of more ways to make stuff like this fun for my kids. Thanks for the ideas! :)

Rob~

I totally agree! :)

Rhett~

I am absolutely in love with the ages of all of my kids right now. Life is simply AWESOME!!! :)

Matt~

It was a FUN morning. One of the rules at our home is that you have to sweat for at least 20 minutes a day five days a week. They can get pretty creative with it! I look forward to seeing what fun things you and your kids come up with! :)
