Super fun run this morning with awesome company: Ry, Shelbey and Smo. Shelbey amazes me. She is my PTA and played collegiate soccer at Utah State. The most she has run over the past year is 5 miles in a row. Today she ran nearly 12 and hardly broke a sweat!! She may be a little sore tomorrow but dang it was fun having her with us (Smo ran us hard in the final 2). Seriously LOVED this morning!!!

It's fun to run with a group like that. It sounds like Shelbey may have some natural running talent. It's a soccer thing. :)
