30 minutes upright bike

30 minutes arc trainer

20 minutes stairmaster (DANG!!! That machine is TOUGH!! I think the one I used is calibrated wrong. It registered me taking 158 steps every minute, but when I counted them it was just over 100. It also registered me as walking 198 floors in 20 minutes. I'm going to try a different machine next time and see if I get a similar result with a similar effort. There are two different types of stairmasters there.)

Awesome workout!!! Don't ya just love when machines don't function properly?

I have never used the stairmaster before until this week. Do you ever read Fritz's blog? He did 524 floors in one hour!!!! I do 135 in 20 minutes - I guess that's why he won the Salt Lake and Ogden Marathons and I didn't. I'm not sure about your machine vs. mine, but Fritz and I go to the same gym.

Dale -- Could possibly be operator error on my end. ;)

Rob -- Yes,I do read Fritz's blog. I noticed he, you, and Rivertonpaul all were using the stair machine -- so I had to try it! :) Seriously, that's a great machine. I will start using it more often. I go to Gold's and they have two types ... I'll give the other type a go next time.

You are serious about getting your glutes in shape! I have yet to try the stairmaster, not sure where to fit it in?
