2 mile loop to the gym - leg still very tight

20 minute bike

30 minutes lower body strength training -- I'm going to feel this one tomorrow for sure.

1 mile home (decided to take the short way home due to some tightness in the biceps femoris and pain in the anterior compartment)

100 minutes elliptical (last 30 minutes backwards)

Marc -- NOW I have a REAL goal!!!! ;)

SSF -- Not exactly sure why the biceps femoris is acting up. I stopped taping my anterior compartment in hopes of it being under control. I am going to try one more run w/o the tape -- if it gives me any indication of problems I will go back to the taping. Crossing my fingers. :) Love and miss you!
