1 mile by myself and 3.5 with Melanie. It was wonderful to have her company! She has a daughter that runs in the same track club as Smo and Sherm. Ironically we grew up together when we were young (although she is a handful of years younger than I am). In fact, she even dated one of my brothers a time or two.

Nice and easy pace with great conversation. :-)
