Teena: you are like the Energizer Bunny. Your workouts are inspiring. You are doing so much, plus running, plus swimming, plus biking, plus planks, and Russian Twists (whatever that is), plus crunches, plus.... I continue to be impressed. I hope you and Ryan are doing well.

T NA NA - what kind of mnt bike do you have? It sounds like big elevation gain? I still may do int, need to see how my schedule works out, and if it is not filled up. I think the only thing to worry about is falling over on the bike, mtn biking can be scary, have you practiced getting in and out of the clips fast? Clip in gives you more power, but, can be scary getting out of the clips when your ready to fall.

I still say - your an IronMan in waiting.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

Last comment, get yourself a nutrition plan, salt pills, mag, etc. that is going to be a long day.

I will quote from a line Jake Krong used to make fun of one of my cross training workouts a couple weeks ago...

That looks like a "sorority girl about to go on Spring Break" workout.

Matt~

Actually I think the days that I swim, bike and run are my easier days. I am not sure if it is mental or physical (or both) but I tend to feel better all around. :)

Brent~

I definitely need to figure the nutrition thing out. As for my bike: She is a beauty!!! :) http://www.mtbr.com/cat/bikes/xc-suspensio/specialized/myka-fsr-elite/prd_479310_1526crx.aspx Absolutely LOVE my mountain bike! :)

Ry and I have taken several trips as of late (Red Rock twice and Moab once) to help me figure the whole mountain biking thing out. I feel more and more comfortable in my clips all of the time. I am very excited for the nicer weather because that means we can hit Corner Canyon often! :)

Rob~

I was at the dentist waiting for my kids when I read your comment. I literally laughed out loud!

Great workout as always Teena. I'm betting Ryan really likes the results of all this cross training. :)
