Uphill tri training today. My legs are now pretty dead tired. :)

bike: 46:30 (10 miles/Kilamanjaro/level 10)

run: 6 miles all at 10:00 pace. 3 miles @ 4% incline, 2 miles @ 5% and 1 mile @ 6% 

swim: 800 meters, 17:xx

holy crud girl! I had to run 30-40 min on 6% incline and I remember how horrid that was! and I only got to 5.5mph, maybe 6mph once...for 10 seconds :) You are stinkin' awesome!! I'm going to do a sprint tri at the gym tomorrow, following your example! I'm kind of excited :)
