SPROLY AT THE GYM!!! :) :) :) (That is what I am going to call my new triathlon distance which is exactly halfway between the sprint and olympic distances. :) :) :) )

LOVED this workout!!

I definitely could have run today. The pain/burning was greatly improved this morning. However, it is still noticeable and so I decided to play it cautious (and swap running miles for the elliptical) in the hopes of having it completely under control very soon. I am optimistic that I will be able to do a decent long run on Saturday. I may or may  not run a handful of easy miles tomorrow. Who knows.

Pushed hard today and feel great!

Just got caught up with your posts! Sorry to hear your left lateral thigh was bugging! The positive side is that you are able to have a little time off from school to take care of it with TENS twice a day, ice 3 times a day and all the PT stuff that you can self-treat with! Looks like you're on your way to a speedy recovery! :)

It's so fun to read your self-diagnosis process!!! You are super smart and I would trust you with any injury of mine. You will make a great PT...you already do. :)

I'm like Brooke...I love to read (and attempt to understand) your diagnosing process. I do the same thing, but it takes me looking at anatomy and research on google to figure it out :)

Great tri today Teena! I can't wait to see your first Xterra!!!

Teena, come run long with me tomorrow if you're feeling good. I'd love some company on the downhill MP miles. 6AM, but if you need earlier time is negotiable :)

You all make me laugh! You know I am just trying to show off a little bit, right? (Truly I am just trying to keep accurate notes so that I will remember what I did: what worked, what didn't work, etc.) I absolutely LOVE trying to figure this type of stuff out! :) :) :)

Rachel~ I already had plans with John and Dave. But thank you so much for the invite! Hope you had a GREAT run! :)
