Amazingly fast.

From Kelli on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:04:39 from 71.219.89.155

Yeah, might as well run two more sub 7's, as if that speed work was not enough. You are so amazingly fast, Teena. I am so impressed with the speedwork that you do. Really, it is quite phenomenal. And all of that after last Saturday marathon run!

From Andy on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:21:58 from 198.60.114.178

You have so much more speed than you give yourself credit for. Looks like you could have run all of these at 3:20.

From Teena Marie on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:42:46 from 174.52.45.85

SSF -- Thanks!!!! I am running around like crazy trying to get a million things done that I have neglected these past couple of months. :) Love and miss you!!!! Looking forward to Thursday. :)

Paul -- Thanks!!! :)

Kelli -- I am surprised that I feel so good. I just have to remember that it was two years ago when I was feeling really good that I got injured. I'm hoping that I am running smarter this time around. :)

Andy -- I don't know that I could have run all of them at 3:20. But I was pleasantly surprised how good I felt. Never got into puke zone. That's an improvement! It must have been the magic Andy spots I saw on Saturday! ;)

From Kelli on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 19:58:10 from 71.219.89.155

YOU ARE!!! I am so excited for you PR, I think you are going to amaze yourself. Wish I was in the shape to run this one with you, but my hubby is going to hold me back (DO NOT tell him I said that!)

From JulieC on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 20:27:17 from 207.224.202.129

I agree with Andy, next time you do 400s run them at 3:20. You easily ran two miles under 7 and that is like another 4 x 800s (no break) at 3:28.5!! You could could most likely run 3:15s as well. Go for the Gold Girl : D.

Killer workout Teena! Amazing as always!

From MarcE on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 21:25:00 from 204.16.82.112

Wow!!! Sounds like you might have a 3:20 marathon in you. Teena, I wish I was in good enough shape to hang with you at Boston...I'm really tempted to run in your wave, and see if I can keep up with you. You have improved sooo much in the past few months...as Rhett would say "Don't do anything Stupid!!" in the next 27 days! :)

From Kathie on Tue, Mar 23, 2010 at 21:48:12 from 63.248.105.188

Get those negative injury vibes out of your mind woman!!!!

From Rhett on Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 13:32:50 from 74.41.249.102

Holy Speediness! You rocked those Yasso's and then ran 2 fast miles afterwards. Andy is right. You are way faster than you realize. Wow!!!!!!

From Burt on Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 13:34:50 from 206.19.214.144

Very fast Teena. And very tough. One might even say UFC tough...

From RAD on Wed, Mar 24, 2010 at 14:51:59 from 67.172.229.125

I know for a FACT that Teena is UFC tough...I've seen it with my own eyes!

That workout is amazing Teena, I don't know how you do it all. TEN yasso's at an amazing pace - then lets just squeak out a few 10K tempo miles well, just because I feel good. Holy moly girl - I can't wait to see what you pull out at Boston! Oh, and I'm with MrsFit - negative vibes MUST be banished!!

From Brent on Thu, Mar 25, 2010 at 07:50:56 from 168.178.30.194

T Na Na - very nice yassos 800s, with a very fast last 800 - according to Bart, not simpson, you 800s times give you a very good shot at that Boston time you want. Great training effort.

Stay Kool, B of BS Rools out

From Rhett on Thu, Mar 25, 2010 at 14:14:33 from 74.32.222.202

Teena, you just need to go to Burt's blog from yesterday and you will know what UFC is. I'm guessing since you haven't commented on his blog, you haven't been there yet.

MichelleL never commented on her picture. I think she hates me now. LOL!
