Okay, I know they are different columns but how do you define the difference between threshold miles and vo2 max? Because in my book they would be the same.

Excellent workout Teena!

Rachel~

For me: MP = my marathon pace, Threshold pace = my half marathon pace, and VO2 max pace = my 5K pace (or what I am working for as my 5K pace)

Even though those paces do not coincide exactly to what the true definitions are, for me they are close enough and easy to remember, hence that is what I use. :)

Teena, good luck with the mid terms. You have such a passion for what you do, that I'm sure you will ace all your tests.

BTW, my calf and achilles feel perfectly fine today. Thanks for telling me how to do the ultrasound correctly. I think keeping the area I focus on small has made a huge difference. You deserve extra credit on your midterms for already helping people out.

Thanks SSF and Rhett! I am so lucky to have such wonderful friends who give me such great support. Thank you! I love you guys. :)
