15 miles (1 wu and then 14 @ 7:51) * After several days of very little sleep and getting a bit behind in school I decided to take Friday and Saturday completely off of any workouts, try to catch up on some sleep and regroup. I slept 9 hours Friday night and 10.5 Saturday night. WOW! I feel like a new woman!!! My body needed that. :) Here's to a wonderful week and trying to stay caught up. :) Happy Superbowl Sunday, everyone. Peace and love!!!
