Quasi sprint tri at the gym -- I did not bike the whole 12.4 miles. Since I wanted to train on the kilamanjaro program at its highest resistance level I just biked for roughly the same amount of time that it takes me to do 12.4 miles on random level 6.

Here's to a great week!! :)

24.8 miles is a sprint?

So is this the Sprint Tri you did on Wednesday or did you do the same workout twice?

Ooops!!! Thanks for the catch Rob, I meant 12.4 miles!!!!! :) :) :)

Rhett, the sprint I did on Wednesday was on the random level 6. Not the hill one!! :)

Oh yeah... 12.4 miles is definitely a sprint!

I don't really know that much about triathlon.

AWESOME workout as always! :) Hope you're enjoying your week. :)

I have to tell you something funny. When I visit my daughter in Kingwood TX, we always drive by the same gym that they have memberships at on the way to church. In fact, I've gone to that gym a few times when baby Jett was born couple years ago. Anyway, this last time as we drove by on our way to church, Brandon said: "There's the Go LDS Gym!" Larry had to stop and think for a second before he realized Brandon's play on words! :)

You are sweet, Rachelle :)

SSF~ That cracks me up! Funny. :)
