6 recovery miles: 2 by myself - AP 9:40, 4 with Ry - AP 9:08

Legs felt very heavy and tired.

5.5 recovery miles on the TM - set it at a 10:00 pace and left it alone

**Note to self: When you take the SIM card out of a phone it can still be used to call 911. In other words, if hypothetically I give an old phone to one of my sweet trouble-makers (name to be witheld) then hypothetically he will dial 911 repeatedly during his recess only to hang up when someone answers so that they hypothetically trace the location of where the number is being dialed from and send the police to the elementary school of the hypothetical student.

Nice job on the recovery

You ran pretty hard yesterday. Your legs should feel heavy and tired. Smart to keep it easy today.

Every marathon training schedule has rest days. Some built in the schedule, some unscheduled......use them, run smart!

Hypothetically....

That could be very embarrassing :)

From RAD on Thu, Apr 07, 2011 at 15:14:41 from 98.202.17.113

Oh man...I would *hypothetically* beat such a child!!! :)

Glad you could take it nice and easy and rest a bit, you deserve it from working so hard lately!

From Smooth on Thu, Apr 07, 2011 at 16:35:08 from 67.2.74.200

Laughing so hard!!! The poor hypothetical dad!!! :)

Dang! You were running my pace!!! Why couldn't you magically appear at my house and take me running with you...then your legs would feel light and fresh! :)

Love and miss you!!!

Haha, I love Smooth's comment "poor hypothetical dad"!!

Teena, I can't wait to be able to run at your mileage and speed. :) Well, if I ever can that is..you are talented! If all I can do is run a ton of miles really slow and marvel at you from behind, then I'll be happy with that, too LOL. :) How do you feel today??

From Teena Marie on Thu, Apr 07, 2011 at 19:59:25 from 67.2.71.182

Yes, hypothetically it would have been very embarrassing!

(Btw, GREAT to hear from you Bill!)
