You have found the perfect way to sneak in a workout and get paid to do it! Next thing you know, you will be a personal trainer!

From AmberG on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 00:12:19 from 209.33.225.225

Congrats on getting into the slam:)

I love your new picture and profile descriptions! You are so adorable!

From AmberG on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 00:12:43 from 209.33.225.225

. . . and tough! :)

From Teena Marie on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 00:22:45 from 174.52.45.85

SSF -- I have actually enjoyed the day (work and all). The highlight, however, was when I got home from work and took Livvy to Target to buy a hula hoop as a reward she was working towards! We ended up buying two so that we could have family challenges! SO FUN!!! Miss you like crazy!!!

Kelli -- I am loving my work more and more and more each day. I am one lucky girl. (Things would be perfect if I could talk you into doing my homework as well as your own and your children's.) :)

Amber -- YaHoo!!! I love to hear from you!!! I am scared to death about the Slam!! I still get a kick out of thinking about you talking on your cell as you were approaching the finish line at PC where you would take it all!!! :)

The slam? Are you crazy??????

From DonGardinero on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 02:01:16 from 152.216.7.5

Are you ready to run the Slam? Are you excited? You gonna run Ogden, UVM, PC and SGM?

From DonGardinero on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 02:01:35 from 152.216.7.5

I'm running the last four. Skipping Ogden.

From vinh on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 07:51:13 from 75.77.22.187

Nice workout Teena! What's the slam?

From Andy on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 09:47:40 from 198.60.114.178

The Slam plus Boston?

From Huans32 on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 09:51:22 from 138.64.8.51

Awesome job Teena. I didn't notice your name on the list. I will have to check it again. I am doing it too. With Ogden, Utah Valley, PC, and SGM.

From Kelli on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 10:11:47 from 71.219.89.82

You SLAM people are all NUTS!!! But,m oh how I admire your craziness and hard-coreness!

From Rhett on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 13:29:08 from 216.67.211.75

Very nice all round work out yesterday. Hula Hoop, huh? I'm thinking you'd school me big time in that one. I don't have the rythm needed, but I bet it is a great core workout.

From Kathie on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 13:57:12 from 63.248.105.188

Nice Teena Happy to see you are doing the slam I am not going to go there, however I might buy a hula hoop!

From Andy on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 14:24:40 from 199.190.170.30

Kathie - The Slam is easier than a hula hoop.

From Teena Marie on Thu, Jan 21, 2010 at 17:11:36 from 174.52.45.85

Kel -- I am going to just run Ogden, UV, and PC as training runs then race SGM (if I survive). So ... only partly crazy!!! :)

Dale -- Nope and yes!!! Ogden, UV, PC and SGM. :)

Vinh -- Thanks! Basically, it is four Utah marathons. They choose different ones each year. This year it is Ogden, Utah Valley, Park City and St. George. :)

Andy -- I'm going to need your help!!! Come on, you have put up with my foolishness for this long. :)

Mark -- YaHoo!!! I am only racing SGM though ... others will just be used as training runs! :)

Rhett -- It makes for a great FHE. Every loves to laugh at each other!!! :)

Kathie -- Knowing your diehardness you would likely run the four marathons while hula-hooping!!! :)

Andy -- What would it take to see you Hula Hoop it?? :)

From vinh on Fri, Jan 22, 2010 at 07:11:34 from 75.77.22.187

Whoa, 4 marathons plus Boston? Teena, you are crazy hard core! I like it!
