Good job sissie! I am so proud of you for scaling back even though you feel more "blah" than you did when running more mileage. That is so weird! As you know, your immune system and your muscles and your bones are rebuilding and then you can let loose again...maybe next week do you think? :)
PS I love that show! Everytime I watch it I wish that I could have a trainer bust up my body like that everyday LOL (with running included of course!).
