Here is the plan (unless I am throwing up by then like the rest of my family):

It seems like I have the least amount of pain running between 8:30 and 8:45. That is the pace the JohnnyV wants to run, so I figure I will just hang with him if I can. Admittingly, I might very well blow up around my 16 at which time Smooth will pass me as I smack her on the bootie and holler, "You're a Smooth Criminal" (inside joke) as she does. :) :) :)

Truly, I just need to finish in one piece in the hopes of being recovered in time to again finish in one piece at UVM. :)
