30 minutes elliptical 9 treadmill miles, AP 8:26 Definitely seeing improvement. Pn B LE still 3/10. Did not increase or decrease with run except when I tried to increase my speed. 8:30s seems to be most comfortable, which is far better than not running at all. As long as the pn stays at this level I think I will be able to cross the finish line at SGM. I am still worried about the distance and downhill. Will my elliptical cardio be enough to carry me through 26.2 running miles. Before Boston 2010 I did a lot of pool running, I did not do that this time. However, pn does not seem as significant as it did before Boston 2010. It'll be interesting. :) No additional pn or swelling later in the evening or following morning. Alternated ice and heat a couple of times throughout the day. Ice seems to help with the swelling, heat seems to help with the tightness and pn. Core strength training.
