18 miles.

15 miles AP 8:38 (13 of them with JohnnyV)

2 miles with Sophia AP 9:51 (I didn't know an 8 year old could be so tough ... with all the wind and rain I thought she would change her mind about running outside. To my delight she didn't even flinch. She is one tough cookie for sure. I LOVE running with her!!!!)

1 mile by myself, sans watch. I went slow. Just wanted to end with an even 18.

** I am so glad I had people to run with today. It was so gloomy, windy and rainy outside. I would have been absolutely miserable without JohnnyV and Sophers. I am one lucky girl! :) :) :)

Thanks Rachel!!! Also, thanks Rachel and Allie for posting on Sophia's blog. She has had it for a while and goes through spurts with using it. :)

She really is quite amazing. She is just a tiny thing ... seriously little ... but is tougher than nails! :)
