10 miles, AP 9:07 on the TM in the fitness room. It is rainy w/winds of 29 mph outside in what is suppose to be beautiful sunny SG (this definitely throws a wrench in our golfing plans this week).

Tight right soleus and anterior tibialis, loosened up after a few miles. Threw in one faster mile at the very end, felt fine.

Here's to a wonderful week! :)

NICE recovery run, SSF! Sorry about the stinky weather ruining your golf plans. The wind is a howling here too. It's supposed to be raining every day this week here. May be you guys should travel to sunny San Diego instead?!!!

Have a wonderful week! Miss you! LLL LLL

I'm amazed at your recovery run! I'm still hobbling with sore muscles. Sorry about the weather - I was mad about it too and I didn't plan a getaway all week :( I hope it clears up soon so you can have some fun OUTSIDE!

Get used to the wind...I hear all the races this year will have wind and rain or both! Great recovery run after a fine 10K.....

You should be a little sore. You did run a 10K PR just 2 days ago!

Nice workout today! And good job on Saturday, I just saw your post. :) The one time you get a vacation and it's bad weather?? Go see the Adjustment Bureau to bide the time. We really liked it. :) Enjoy your break! And happy running!

Sorry to hear about the weather. You can always get more protein in when the weather is bad.
