Long-Term Running Goals:

I love training with others both on road and trail. I also find benefits of running solo when I need to focus and regroup.

Fun fact: Although I prefer to run outside, I don't mind the treadmill for pace accountability and for the blind assumption that I can run really fast. I have a lot of secret treadmill PR's at 0% incline:)

Met up with MVH and Kenzie for some miles up Farmington Canyon. I had no idea this went up so many miles. I can see this is a great marathon pace tempo workout in the future. We picked up the last miles and MVH and I were hitting into 4:40's the last mile as we raced each other to the end. I tasted pennies the rest of the day and Kenzie tweaked her back. Geezers.

It's been awhile since I ran with Kristen O., not since after Boston. She just gets scarier and scarier. Her talent is amazing.

We decided to run half trail half road since we both consider ourselves hybirds, it seemed only appropriate. We ran up to BST and came down Freedom Hills for 10 miles.

We ran into a lot of hunters on the way who really should have just followed us becuase we ran into a pack of 8 wild turkeys on our own.

Good run, felt nice and easy today. 8:50ap
