Thanks, I've barely been hanging on to my running lately. But I'm glad to at least be running a little. I'm signed up for Utah Valley half tomorrow, but I probably won't run because Laurel could have the baby any time. She's due on the 20th, but our babies usually come early, so we'll see what happens.
I see you've picked up your training a lot. Glad to see you've been able to do that!

Yeah, I'm trying to get back in better shape, it is a long process.
I think we are coming up North later in the summer, so maybe we can stop by and see the family.
