AM - Track workout this morning with the club. Warm-up, 1 mile at Marathon pace, 4 x 1 mile at threshold pace, 1 miles at Marathon pace. I really wasn't feeling to good this morning and it showed in the miles (5:16, 5:17, 5:19, 5:21). I was struggling even with the marathon pace miles and felt like I really didn't want to be doing speed. |
