AM - Good workout this morning with the club. I think we had about 60 people this morning. Track flow was great - except for the walker that decided to walk in lane 1. We did 16x400M W/ 200m rest. I was able to keep it a nice consistent pace. My goal was to keep it at 75 sec. I felt like I could have done 20 if I had to - but I was glad the workout was over.
