I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

AM - Running Club Tempo workout.  3 Miles Temp.  I was finally able to break into the 5's again.  I've been struggling to get under 6:20 pace since getting going again.  Super happy to have some progress. 5:50, 5:53, 5:51.  Did the cool down, then ran home. 10.5 mile total.

AM - Met-up and ran with Aaron and Logan.  Great morning. Had fun chatt'n it up.  Ended up doing the old club loop via Bloomington.  Nice steady pace. 10 miles.

AM - Club Track Workout.  6-8 x 200m & 400m. Calf started tighting up on the right leg. Came home and ran another 8.25.  Saw Aaron on the trail and ran with him for a couple. 14 miles total.

AM - Ran with Kendra, Nicole and Logan from Hop Valley to Lees Pass. Incredible run - probably one of my favorites.  The canyon is just beautiful.  Fun time running getting out! 14.25 Miles.
