AM - Track workout with the club. Ended up doing 400, 800, 1200, 1600, 1200, 800, 400 W/400 recovery between each lap. I almost didn't wake up in time due to the alarm not going off. So, we showed up late and only got in the dynamic stretches & strides for a warm-up. My hip was bugging pretty bad at first but eventually warmed up a bit. I just didn't want to push crazy hard and do something stupid with it. My splits were as follows: 1:14, 2:33, 3:55, 5:10, 3:52, 2:32, 1:12 I felt happy with the workout considering how my hip was feeling. I was able to keep everything fairly steady and still help up a steady pace on my mile. Cam home and ran about 2.5 with the kids. 10 miles total.
