AM - Got up early and went out and did an easy 6 miles around the bloomington loop extended. Just took it easy knowing I had a tempo planned for evening.
PM - Ran home from the store - bike-path - long way. 10 miles total. Did 3 miles, 2 miles, 1 mile. I wanted to split up the workout and keep my overall up for more total miles.
3 miles - 5:25, 5:33, 5:38
about 800 recovery
2 miles - 5:32, 5:36
about 800 recover
1 miles - 5:25
Overall I was really happy with this workout and feel I accomplished what I set-out to do. |
