AM - Track workout with the club 5 x 800's. Was supposed to do 6 but the body wasn't move'n very fast so I just shut it down. 2:36, 2:40, 2:42, 2:40, 2:44 - Oh, My!!! Did a few stairs, cool down, then ran home from the track. 12 miles
PM - Went out with Kendra and the kids 3 miles on BCP trail.
