7 miles on the treadmill after the store closed. I'm really not enjoying the treadmill thing.

5 miles in the desert reserve, morning run.

Planning on getting in some more miles with the club tonight.

Bill met me at the store and we did a little 5.5-6 mile loop in the evening.

Ran with the guys (Bill, Dave and Clyde, Dustin is still having wart issues) and did the Bloomington loop up to Bloomington hills and back to the convention center.

The pace was pretty solid the whole way, it took me about 2 miles to feel warmed up. I think we kept a 6:30-6:40 pace through Bloomington but, by the time we reached Bingham Rd. hill I lost motivation and Clyde and Dave pulled away. So, being the cheap runner I am, I took a short cut through the Elementary school and was able to gain about 300M from where I was at, putting me about 150M in front of Clyde and Dave (back where I should be :-).

Our pace stayed the same until we got down to the river and I think we dropped it down into the low 6 min mile pace and then the last 1.5 miles I think we were a little below 6 min pace.

Overall it was a pretty good run, It's always fun getting killed by Dave and Clyde.
