Ran with Dustin and Denise from Chuckawalla. Nice and easy run. My It Band started getting tight at mile 9 so I stopped, stretchd and jogged/walked back to the trailhead. I felt pretty good abou the run. I have no pain, and it felt great getting some distance in. I just need to continue to be cautious.

10 after a long break is too much, but it seems like you got away with it. I'd stick to 5 a day six days a week (no skipping!) for a month before trying to push it first. If you manage the no skipping part, this will actually be very close to your best training this year so far even with only 5 miles a day.

Sasha, why doo you have to give me such a hard time about consistency!?

Before I started doing the blog I did have a month or so of consistant running. However, your point is taken.
