I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

Pushed it pretty hard tonight from the house down to Veyo and back up. Felt good going down of course but started getting slower and slower on the way back.

When I got home I spent 20 min icing my legs with my ice packs.

Way to get in some miles without doing a morning run. Thanks for comming and doing that stuff with me. I'm pumped about the new stuff. I hope it all works out for everyone.

Steve I was going to give you this link- its the one I told you about on the run on Saturday. You'll have to play with it and see if you can figure it out. Just zoom into a location and then start going from point to point.

Hey Clyde, thanks for the link to the site above. It's great the way it shows the Elv changes and I love that you can save the different running loops. If you happen to have any saved loops email them to me and I'll link to them on the website.
