I have been really bad at entering my blog lately. We have had so much that has been going on between trying to get our house ready for the closing and starting up The St. George Running Center. I've decided not to go back and guess on my runs and just try to be more diligent at posting. This morning I went out and did a really easy 5 out on the desert reserve. Yesterday morning I went and had a massage to try to loosen up my hips a little and last night I went out on a light run. I'm really excited about the marathon. I think I'm going to spend some time tonight after the club workout planning my stratagy for the marathon.

Good to see you back on the blog! Did you get some new wheels (shoes) for the marathon? I'm planning on meeting you guys at the park tonight, might be a few minutes late. I'm like you would like to make a game plan for the marathon. I think Clyde and Holt are thinking about going out around 1:18 and then seeing what they have left for the second half. I'm just wondering if I'm in that good of shape. I know I'm a lot stronger and faster than I was in Boston, but I don't know if I should start that fast. Any ideas?
