Great run to the store this morning. I had an early phone appt and ended up doing a 2 mile tempo to get here on time. Looking forward to the club run tonight @ 6 pm.

Great run with the club. 10 mile loop. My legs got really chaffed. Nice solid pace. Got a little tired at the end. 7 min pace (according to Clyde).

Saw you running along River Rd. earlier this week in the afternoon(away from your home?) you looked great! I guess your injury is better?

I did not see you running, although word spreads fast, when a legend such as yourself laces them up! How was the club run tonight? I was eating Girl Scout cookies, thinking about how fun the club run would be.

Mike i ate 4 boxes of those cookies in one day! you can't have just one!

Good job at the club run. I had the chaffing problem the day before! ouch. if you sweat it seems to help!

Nice work on the miles, Steve. Stay strong.
