I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
Easy 3 this morning. Looking forward to running with the club tonight.
Good run with Paul, Dave, and Dustin. Run up to Kyline Dr. and over to the trails by the SG Golf Course. Ran about .5 while waiting for the girls to get back from their run. Total 8.25
I wondered if you would be able to make it tonight. Looking forward to a good run.

I get real worried when you say your "looking forward to a run." I know then that your going to leave me in your wake of glory.
