I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT. We also head-up the St. George Running Club.
Did 5 this morning. I still feel a little depleted from the Sat. run. Just ran slow.
3 miles this evening. Slow.

good job on the miles. does not matter that they are slow. just need to increase your base to get your endurance up.

8 a day might be a bit too much after the injury. You should probably stick to 5 a day for a month to let your body regain the balance before starting to push it further.
