AM - We arrived back in SG last night from San Diego and was able to get a good nights sleep in.  My lower back was a bit tight from sitting in the car for 7 hrs.  Anyways, I wanted to get in 20 this morning, but it didn't really work out like I wanted.  My hips and back were so tight I could barely run.  Somehow, I was able to squeak out 19.  The last mile was a walk/ run. Not very fun.  Spent some good time stretching after I got home.   I also have a massage tonight. 20 miles.

Hope you guys had fun. Way to get out and run down there. Hope you can figure out your hips and back over the next few weeks.

Driving that far does it to you. I am amazed that you ran that far. Nice run Steve.
