AM - Out and back via turf farm to Dino Bones and back.  Felt decent this morning. Spent a little time stretching and took it easy but steady. Nice morning with a little overcast. 10 miles

Came home from the Store and spent some quality time with the foam roller.  I was excited for my massage tonight, only to find out it was scheduled for last night and I missed it.  I little miss communication between my wife and I.  Work my hips really well and IT Band.

PM- Still really nice out.  A little windy but, not out of control.  James B (from up north), Dustin E. Billy, Clyde and Myself showed up for club. Nice steady pace.  My Hamstring was tight at first but didn't notice it after about 2 miles in. I wanted to get in some tempo miles so I picked up the pace a little by Tiki Island and pushed a little to the bathrooms.  After the bathroom stop we took it easy for about a mile then Clyde started pushing the pace for the last 2.5 miles. Ended up hitting the low 5:40's for both pushes (about 4 miles total) and ave 6:20 for the whole run. 9.85 miles

Nice run. Looks like things are going well. Making the trip up north for any races this year?
