Did 6x800m this morning. Felt a little tight and forced but felt good once I got moving.
1st - 2:24 - 4:48 pace
2nd - 2:23 - 4:46 pace
3rd - 2:22 - 4:44 pace
4rd - 2:22 - 4:44 pace
5th - 2:17 - 4:34 pace
6th - 2:18 - 4:36 pace
Really happy with how this workout turned out. I added one more repeat from last week and was still able to pull off some good times at the end. |
