AM - The legs were pretty sore last night and I was feeling tired from my 20. I spent a little bit of time stretching and roling the legs out the legs last night however, it still didn't seem to help my run. We were planning on doing the SG Half Course extended and the legs felt fine but, about 10 miles in I started feeling really weak and light headed. I began falling off of the guys then catching back up, then by about .5 miles before the confluence trailhead I just couldn't keep the pace (easy 7:30). I felt like I was going to pass out or something. It was weird. I'm thinking it was from being sick and the miles from yesterday. Anyways, I just started going really slow and ended up walking the last 1.5 miles. Whatever - just one of those days.
Came home a slept for 2+ hours. - The Good News, I hit my 80 mile goal for the week.
