Group run today. Everyone met up at the old store.  We had about 20+ people this morning. Some ran 13 and we ran almost 20 (18.8) . For our 20 we started in Veyo, ran down Snow Canyon to SC PRKWAY, then back to the store.

My legs are feeling pretty good. Hip Flexors and lower back was a little tight coming down SC - I think a little more stretching will take care of it.

Pretty good run - However, Mike W. was having some balance issues he needs to figure out.  It's amazing how well he's been able to run with so many "issues".

Evening run. Went back out and did a slow stretch-out run.  Pretty happy with myself for getting back out to reach my goal for the week.

Jon, I did more than 10 last week - they just didn't get blogged. I'll still except your 'WOW' however.

Steve, next week in Bryce make sure that you don't leave town before I get done with the race. I am sure you will be cooled down and an accepted an award before I get to the finish. I am excited to see how everybody does!

Steve, thanks for letting me know where you guys were meeting, and sorry I didn't make it. I'll be there next time though. Looks like it was a good turnout. Is there going to be a run next saturday?
