Great long run out on Bear Claw Poppy / Stookie Springs trail. X2 Total run about 26 miles.

Nate, Dave, Logan, Bill, James for the first half, Dave and I added the second half.

Total elevation gain 3000 ft. Total time on feet - 3:52.  I'm still struggling a little with these long runs, but happy about how well i'm doing with the amount of base training I've had the last couple months.

Awesome run...running for nearly 4 hours, whew. It makes me tired and sore just thinking of that!

Great job with the long run. I'm needing to start going longer on my weekend runs, in preparation for the marathon.
