I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

AM - Morning track work with the club. All the people going to Bryce this weekend did 3x 1 mile at Half Marathon Pace w/ 800m rest.  With Warm-up, workout, and cooldown I hit 9 miles.

Came home and went right back out for another 10 miles down to the Dino park, around the turf farm and back home. Felt pretty good easy but solid pace.

You didn't look sluggish... I thought you said you were feeling sluggish, but maybe it was my brain that was sluggish. Anyway, good luck on Saturday. You're ready for something great.
