AM - Got up and went to IHC Health and Performace center for the strength and conditioning club workout. Plyo's, Dynamic stretches, Speed.  Did a 1.25 mile fit test to see where we are at for treadmill calibration.

After getting home and helping the kids get off to school I took off for the store. 10.25 total

PM - Ran home this evening.  I think it's a bit warmer than last year.  I took my shirt off and still felt nice and warm.  My lower back is a bit tight.  I think my psoas is part of the problem. Did a few pick-up along the way to mix it up a bit.  I wore my Type A's - I really do need to stop wearing those.  9 miles.

Yes stop wearing them. Put them in a glass case at the store but let them enjoy a well earned retirement. Solid day- good job!

I was thinking of bronzing them or something epic like dipping them in chocolate and storing them in the freezer!
