AM -Club run this morning. Some did 10, others did 15. Clyde, Aaron and I ended-up extending and going 20.  The start was a bit stop-n-go due to everyone having stomach issues - Aaron was really having serious problems until around mile 10 when we had our last stop at the Dixie Center and Clyde thought he was going to get creamed from behind by a car.  After that the pace pick up a bit and I fell off the back of the guys a bit due to messing with my music and wondering if my knee was going to be ok.  I was able to keep a steady distance behind the guys until we hit the river bottom and they dropped the pace a bit more and lost ground on them.

Overall, I'm really happy about how I felt.  Besides my knee (IT) feeling tight, aerobically I felt great.  I didn't feel labored until the very end when I started pushing hard the last 3/4 of a mile, which really didn't make my pace really drop much. It almost didn't make it worth the push.  Anyways, the run ended up being 20 miles with a 6:19 average for the whole run.

Good job this morning Steve. I'm excited you were able to push through a solid long run and hang in there. Good one to have under the belt two weeks out. I think your gonna rock!
