I currenty live in Southern Utah. My wife Kendra and I have 4 children and no pets. We also own/operate the St. George Running Center a specialty running shoe store in St. George UT.  We also head-up the St. George Running Club.

10 mile run out to Fort Pierce and back to the house. Great morning. Easy run dropped a few strides.

175Lbs!!! That is a few pounds less than the end of last week. I'm usually the heaviest on Monday...So you should be around 170lbs come Saturday. Good job!

Hey Steve thanks for sending me out those Banditos shoes last week. I took them for a test run today and they felt super. I think I may have found my marathon shoe.
